Will Kranz has been on staff at The Cove since May 2011 but has been attending since he was a middle schooler! He joined as the High School Coordinator in 2010 and has held a variety of roles since then including Director of Cove Student Ministries at Mooresville, Family Ministries Pastor, Discipleship Pastor and West Rowan Campus Pastor before becoming the Associate Pastor in June 2022.

Will has always had a passion for following God and a heart for people which was heightened even more during his time at UNC-Chapel Hill through missions trips and leading at InterVarsity. Will met his wife, Erin, there as well, and they have three children together. Today, Will’s passions are to see individuals meet Jesus in their everyday lives and to see the church have a mindset that goes beyond ourselves.
